Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive – Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with US-based prospects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients over phone and email.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to US-based prospects.
  • Generate leads, qualify decision-makers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly target of outreach activities and appointments.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Track and report daily activities, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and US market requirements.
