Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales) Location: [Kerala / Bangalore / Mangalore/ Hyderabad] Company: Connecting Dots Tech Venture Pvt Ltd Product: Datcarts - Smart Trolley Solutions About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team for Datcarts, our flagship smart trolley product for supermarkets and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned regions. Key Responsibilities: -- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the supermarket and retail sector. -- Visit prospective clients (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains) to pitch Datcarts solutions. -- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers. -- Maintain and expand a strong customer database and sales pipeline. -- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. -- Follow up on leads provided by the ERP and marketing team. -- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. -- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support and after-sales service. -- Coordinate with Supermarket Staffs for the seamless operation of Datcarts on Supermarket floors. -- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to the management team. Requirements: -- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. -- 1-6 years of experience in business development or field sales (preferred in B2B sales / retail tech / FMCG / retail solutions). -- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. -- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions. -- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
