Business Development Executive

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Allure's presence in the beauty and lifestyle market. - Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to find growth opportunities. - Assist in planning and executing product promotions, campaigns, and brand presentations. - Maintain sales data, business reports, and records to track performance and progress. - Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation. Requirements: - Graduate in B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or MBA (preferred). - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. - Working knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop). - Awareness of social media trends is an added advantage. - Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
