We're seeking passionate individuals to introduce students to our online courses. As a Business Development Executive, you will be a guiding force, assisting students in realizing their aspirations. Your role goes beyond enrolment – you'll actively support them throughout their journey, fostering their well-being, and making their educational path smoother and more accessible. Join us in making a positive impact on students’ lives!
• Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every student to help them enroll in the course to meet their career objectives.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure student satisfaction.
• Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to come up with new growth strategies.
• Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily tasks.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills with the students.
• Ability to work within deadlines

• ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,00,000 per year
• Monday to Saturday
• New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
