Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for new business opportunities by following up on already generated leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and a proven track record of sales success.




Responsibilities:

•Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

•Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs

•Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development techniques

•Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients

•Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets

•Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction

•Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
