The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in generating business through online platforms like Clutch,Upwork,Guru,Freelancing.com.You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the companys growth in the competitive digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Clutch,Upwork,Guru,Freelancing.com. Candidates must have experience on Clutch. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Market Research: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas. Monitor competitors' strategies and adapt approaches accordingly. Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling and customized proposals to secure projects. Ensure timely submission of proposals with clear communication of project scope, timeline, and budget. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a point of contact for client communications and queries. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, design, development) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Required Skills: 2-3 years of experience working on platforms like Clutch,Upwork,Guru,Freelancing.com. Experience in International (US and UK) and domestic Client. Proven track record of successfully acquiring projects and achieving targets. Strong understanding of the freelancing and digital services industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in drafting business proposals and presentations. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Knowledge of the latest industry trends in digital marketing, web development, or IT services. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
