Professional Experience:
5 - 7 years of proven experience in selling capital equipment. Pharma andfood experience will be added advantage,- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.- Experience in managing customer relationships and driving engagement.Languages:- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement, developing relationships, and executing sales campaigns for key applications and new product launches. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing sales processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue growth.Sales Management:Working closely with the sales team, executing national sales campaigns focused on key applications (such as Paint and Dairy) and new product launches to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for future campaigns through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support business objectives.Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure deals and expand market share.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and updates for senior management.Travel frequently for fieldwork to develop and expand market presence.Support product launches and coordinate with marketing and lead generation teams as required.Monitor and analyze competitor activities, particularly global competition.Key and global account development as directed by the NKAMAny other duties determined by the NKAM within the scope of the Individuals ability.Reporting & CRM Utilization:Submit timely and accurate reports on sales activities and market insights.Utilize and promote the companys CRM system for customer management and strategic planning.product launches.
