Business Development Engineer (Lead)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Engineer (Lead Role) to lead our business development operations in Mumbai, India. The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, managing vendor registrations, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company in meetings and industry forums. This position requires extensive travel across India to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business development activities across India.
• Build and maintain vendor registrations and strategic partnerships with companies such as ONGC, Reliance, Tata Steel, and other leading organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in equipment manufacturing and supply related to Oil & Gas and Marine sectors.
• Represent Aries Group in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and updates for senior management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
• 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas / Marine industries.
• Strong network and established connections with ONGC, Reliance, Tata Steel, and similar organizations.
• Experience in vendor registrations and managing large accounts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
