Job Description

What will you get to doBD Enablement: US/EMEA Work closely with the US/EMEA pod and efficiently help in enabling different XDR motions (BDR SDR) Coach and train XDRs on solution selling, product knowledge, value positioning, lead generation and more Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and work with the sales BD leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development Design and deliver/facilitate BD skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholders Work with internal teams, such as Marketing, Sales and Sales Operations, to conduct training on new products, product positioning, and outreach strategy Manage, conduct and continually develop the Onboarding, Reboarding, Crossboarding, Everboarding and Refresh program for new and existing XDRs Measure success of the training program through sales effectiveness and other metrics Our Ideal BD Enablement Specialist has: Someone with prior BD(Outbound) experience in B2B SaaS international sales (US/EMEA) or enablement experience of 2+ years and a total experience of 3-7 years. Experience and knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US/EMEA regions.
