As we embark on our next phase of growth, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager ecommerce specialist (BDM) to lead our expansion efforts across multiple sales channels and drive sustainable business growth. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering pitches and presentations, and developing strategic plans to meet company goals. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Identify and establish new sales channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce). Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and platform partners, to enhance product offerings and market reach. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, channel performance, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
