The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies & scaling into multiple channels , managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team with training and sales management activities

The Business Development Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• B2b Gifting & managing market places like amazon, Myntra & flipkart
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research.
• Amazon experience, Flipkart & Myntra knowledge.
• B2B sales & gifting experience.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
