Office Time: 10.30am to 6.30pm
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15000 (during probation – 3 months, depends on the experience)
( After 3 months, a fixed salary will be offered depending on your results + Incentives on a percentage basis)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Business Development & Client Relationship Executive. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in sales, learn client handling, and contribute to the growth of a travel and villa rental company.
Month 1:
Learn and observe the Sales Team's processes, and
Work closely with current employees to understand lead management, client communication, and booking flow.
First Half of Month 2:
Work with the Operations Team to understand the support systems involved in successful client delivery.
Second Half of Month 2:
Start performing the sales role under supervision, and
Begin handling basic inquiries and leads with support.
Month 3:
Independently manage basic tasks with minimal supervision,
Understand your interest and strengths within the company, and
Share your long-term interest in the company’s roles with the employer for further planning.
1. Handle client inquiries and build strong client relationships
2. Follow up with potential customers
3. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth communication
4. Update daily work done regularly (hourly/daily reports)
5. Be available during peak inquiry times, including evenings/weekends if required
1. Education: Graduate (in any stream)
2. Language: Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
5. Must be comfortable working under pressure and in a flexible work schedule
6. Self-motivated and performance-driven
1. Post-probation, salary and incentives will be revised based on performance
2. Opportunity to grow into a full-time Business Development or CRM leadership role
3. Office Time -10.30 to 6.30
(but sometimes due to high bookings, you might have to leave late from the office)
4. Late Marking (Arrival delay will be treated as follows):
~3 late marks - 1 half day
~4 late marks - 1 day absent
5. Salary will be credited on the 15th of every month.
6. Leaving in between, no amount would be paid
7. A 1-month notice period needs to be served if leaving after you are permanent.
