Business Development Consultant, New Business Sales (English, Hindi)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for engaging and obtaining high-potential advertisers, persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products into their current strategies. Your main focus will be on new-to-Google customers, educating them on aligning their business goals with sustainable Google advertising solutions. As part of the New Business Sales team, you will work closely with sellers and C-level customers to secure new Google Ads and create relevant ad campaigns to maximize their returns. Key Responsibilities: - Educate new-to-Google customers on aligning their business goals with sustainable Google advertising solutions. - Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth and sustainability. - Develop business strategies to optimize market potential. - Secure new Google Ads for clients by presenting marketing solutions. - Create relevant ad campaigns that maximize client returns. - Work with C-level customers to understand their business needs and set data-backed expectations. - Collaborate with sellers in managing a custom-curated pipeline. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in sales or marketing. - Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi to interact effectively with clients. - Experience in building a book of business and developing associated agreements. - Experience in sales in the internet advertising industry. - Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work well in a team. - Ability to thrive in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions to high-end prospects. - Strong problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.,
