Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Center Manager based in Indore. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, leading customer retention initiatives, and providing excellent customer service. The Manager will oversee daily operations, help develop strategies for growth, and coordinate with other teams to improve the business center's performance. Duties also include addressing customer concerns, maintaining service standards, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Retention and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Well-versed in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work on-site and manage operational duties efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a managerial or customer-centric role is a plus
