Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Care Speciality Hospital, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, increasing revenue, and expanding our reach in cancer care services. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, guiding the marketing team, and building strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to generate more business. You will be tasked with developing and executing business development strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs will be essential to adjust strategies accordingly. Furthermore, you will work on enhancing brand visibility through online and offline marketing efforts and conduct regular meetings with the hospital management to discuss progress and future plans. Driving patient awareness programs and community engagement initiatives will also be part of your role, ensuring optimal utilization of hospital services and facilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial, along with a proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets. The ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders is also essential, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends is a plus.
