Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Officer at VR Manpower Solutions Coimbatore, your role involves responding promptly to any issues that directly affect sales, overseeing the growth of assigned markets and clients, and representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and achieving monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to any issues affecting sales - Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients - Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences - Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities - Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable KPIs - Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field in fire safety development - 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles - Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Adept in networking, project management, and problem-solving - Strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution for business growth - Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and lead other teams VR Manpower Solutions Coimbatore offers the following benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off The work schedule includes day shift, night shift, and rotational shift.
