Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Associate (B2B) to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. The role involves connecting with TPOs, Principals, and Deans to promote our solutions and expand our reach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build partnerships with institutions and training providers
• Connect with TPOs, Principals, and Deans to promote Vijesha’s offerings
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and webinars on employability and skills
• Develop strategies to increase institutional engagement
• Maintain records of leads and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Confidence in presenting to education leaders
• Interest in EdTech (experience in BD or internships is a plus)
