Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate for our solar EPC/IPP company. You will identify leads, meet potential clients and support sales activities for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and research new business opportunities.
Contact prospects, conduct meetings, and explain solar solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and support contract negotiations.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams on project handovers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience (solar preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable with client outreach.
