Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales leads in the geographical locations of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. We are looking for male candidates who are willing to travel frequently. The ideal candidates will have a BBA or B.Com education background. In this role, you will be expected to create a sales funnel by visiting the market daily, identifying new sales opportunities in relevant industries, making calls to gather client information, and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients. You will also be responsible for converting leads from the funnel into a pipeline by collecting contact details of decision-makers, securing appointments, and following up on leads provided by the company. Candidates will be evaluated based on their efforts, and no specific sales targets will be set. The salary range is negotiable, and traveling reimbursements will be processed within one week of receiving the actual claims.
