Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in EdTech sales. You'll play a key role in driving enrollments, conducting consultations, and collaborating with our marketing and academic teams. Responsibilities: Promote our Visual Communication & Media Art program to prospective students and parents. Convert qualified leads into enrolled students via calls, chats, and counseling sessions. Execute outbound calls, webinars, and presentations to promote our courses. Build and maintain strong student/parent relationships to support decision-making. Work closely with marketing to align strategies and track campaign performance. Maintain accurate records in CRM and consistently meet sales targets. What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of sales experience in the EdTech industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali. Experience in student counseling, education sales, or career advisory. Ability to understand and convey the value of creative education in design, animation, VFX, or gaming. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team-focused. Good to Have: Familiarity with media/design education trends. Prior exposure to students from Eastern India or vernacular-based outreach.
