Role Overview: You are sought by PlaceMe for a 6-month paid internship as a Business Development Associate in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for you if you are a highly motivated and business-savvy MBA graduate who is passionate about sales, growth strategies, and client engagement. Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding performers will have the opportunity to be offered a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and explore new business opportunities in the B2C segment - Convert potential B2C leads into sales - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting account management - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies - Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and regular reports - Track sales performance and support in achieving growth targets Qualifications Required: - MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Development specialization preferred) recent pass-out - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn - Previous internship/project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus About PlaceMe: PlaceMe is a dynamic platform offering training and placement solutions to students and institutions across India.
