About the Role

tech-savvy Business Development Associate


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through targeted outreach.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and schedule product/service demonstrations.
  • Translate technical concepts (Azure, AI, Microsoft Fabric, Modern Work, Copilot, etc.) into business value for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Zoho CRM.
  • Track metrics and report progress to management.


Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field – mandatory

    (Non-technical degrees will not be considered).
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, pre-sales, or client-facing technical roles.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, AI, and modern IT solutions.
  • Prior experience with international clients is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
