Labmentix is a fast-growing edtech company dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employability. We are looking for a high-energy and motivated Business Development Associate (Specialist) to drive client acquisition and generate revenue through strategic partnerships and outreach.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners
• Promote Labmentix’s services and close deals to generate revenue
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Create tailored pitches and proposals to meet client needs
• Track sales performance and report on revenue generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding

• Confidence in lead generation and deal closure
• Self-motivated, with a goal-driven mindset
• Required Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales or business development (preferably in edtech or services sector)
