Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate cum Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our products/services to potential clients, and closing sales. This role includes a competitive commission structure in addition to the base compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and promote company products/services effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
