What You’ll Do

1. Pipeline Management

  • Manage the full pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM tools

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and tailor relevant offerings
  • Act as a single point of contact for queries, follow-ups, and escalations
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, resulting in retention and referrals

3. Execution

  • Develop outreach strategies across channels (email, WhatsApp, phone calls, events)
  • Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and pricing plans
  • Identify and close gaps in the sales process and suggest optimizations

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, clinical, and nutrition teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Serve as the bridge between sales and service, ensuring consistent client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Participate in alignment meetings to share feedback and improve internal processes

KPIs – What Success Looks Like

  • Monthly lead-to-conversion rate
  • Revenue generated from new and returning clients
  • Client retention and repeat business
  • Speed, frequency, and consistency of follow-ups

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in healthcare or services
  • Experience using CRM tools, lead management platforms, and basic performance dashboards
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
