Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, driving property transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire new property owners and tenants to expand the client base.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

* Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

* Manage end-to-end property leasing/sales processes including site visits and negotiations.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the company.

* Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends in Gurgaon.

* Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Education: Graduation is mandatory.

* Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or related fields.

* Vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid driving license is compulsory.

* Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor.

* Skills: Negotiation, client relationship management, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
