Business Development Associate

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by reaching out to IP professionals and decision-makers through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, establish relationships, and drive business growth by promoting OOHR Intellectual Research LLP's services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to IP professionals, companies, and decision-makers to introduce and promote our IP services.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Explain the benefits of our IP services, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and address any client inquiries.
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups with potential clients to discuss their specific needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the IP market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling (experience in the IP domain is a plus).
• Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
