Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by reaching out to IP professionals and decision-makers through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, establish relationships, and drive business growth by promoting OOHR Intellectual Research LLP's services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to IP professionals, companies, and decision-makers to introduce and promote our IP services. Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach. Explain the benefits of our IP services, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and address any client inquiries. Schedule meetings or follow-ups with potential clients to discuss their specific needs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the IP market. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling (experience in the IP domain is a plus). Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
