Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and passionate about devotional and cultural services. The role involves reaching out to temples, religious institutions, and spiritual brands to promote our branding and live streaming services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients (temples, spiritual centers, event organizers) and generate new business opportunities.
• Pitch temple branding, live streaming, and media services offered by Innowinmedia.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on leads.
• Work with the production teams to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain sales reports and meet targets set by the company.
• Represent the company at religious events, expos, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal skills and a confident, professional approach.
• Interest in Indian culture, temples, and spiritual practices.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muvattupuzha, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
