Content Creator and Producer

You will be working as a Content Creator and Producer at Innowinmedia Pvt. Ltd., a leading media company specializing in temple branding, live streaming, and devotional content production. Your role will involve conceptualizing, scripting, and coordinating the execution of original devotional video content aligned with the brand's devotional and spiritual themes. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging program concepts and content ideas for devotional video content. - Write compelling video scripts in English and Malayalam for YouTube, social media, and live programs. - Coordinate with the video production team for shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and logistics. - Work closely with editors and designers to maintain the vision of the content. - Conduct interviews and background research for authentic storytelling. - Oversee post-production to ensure content meets editorial standards. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Strong writing and communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Experience in content development, storytelling, and scriptwriting for video. - Ability to independently ideate and produce programs from concept to completion. - Good understanding of digital content formats, especially for YouTube and social media. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in spiritual, cultural, or devotional content creation. - Basic knowledge of video production workflows. - Experience working with creative teams and coordinating shoots.
