Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and guide them about the different management courses offered by the universities
• Counsel through data calling and an online chat server
• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures
• Interact with students and parents on a routine basis and maintain a proper record
• Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same
• Handle queries over the telephone
• Convert leads into admissions
• Work on recording, maintaining, and calling the given leads
• Maintain a telephonic and walk-in record for the day
