Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales – B2C)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing inside sales team. The role involves engaging directly with customers, understanding their health and wellness needs, and offering personalized solutions through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C inside sales through consultative and solution-oriented selling
• Engage with potential customers via calls and emails using company-provided leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health and wellness solutions
• Clearly explain products, services, and benefits to address customer queries
• Close sales and consistently achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day office operations, including basic inventory coordination
• Demonstrate high energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude at all times
