Job Title: Business Development Associate (Freshers)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Business Development team. The role involves identifying potential clients, explaining our services (PhD research support, paper writing, thesis assistance, editing, etc.), and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential students/researchers through calls, emails, and social media.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.
• Maintain good communication with existing customers.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.
• Keep records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Any graduate / postgraduate (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a team.
