Key Responsibilities • Call, qualify, and counsel prospects using scripts and checklists • Explain program details, fees, EMI, and career pathways • Map each lead to the correct option: job + PG bundle, job + PG, or PG-only • Daily WhatsApp follow-ups and short Zoom/Meet consults • Maintain clean CRM notes and status; hit weekly and monthly targets Must Haves • Women encouraged to apply • Age 20–32 • 2+ years B2C sales; education sales preferred • Strong Hindi; basic English helps • Good working laptop and reliable Wi-Fi Availability & Setup • Quiet home workspace • Laptop • Internet Compensation & Growth • OJT 30 days: target 2 confirmed admissions → stipend ₹15,000 + incentives • Probation 3 months: salary with performance slabs; incentives on collected revenue • After confirmation: fixed salary paid 100% on time; incentives as per policy • Fast progression: BDT → BDA → Sr BDA → BDM based on monthly admissions and revenue Screening Questions 1) Do you have 2+ years of B2C sales experience? 2) Do you have a working laptop and stable Wi-Fi?
