Compensation Structure

  • Monthly Salary (Fixed):

  • Per Sale Incentive:

    ?5,000/-

    per successful closing.
  • Earning Potential:

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for the entire closing cycle:

  • Opportunity Management:

    Analyze and manage a

    consistent flow of pre-verified client requirements

    (Budget, Location, and Need are already confirmed by the company).
  • Strategic Matching:

    Proactively identify and match suitable properties from the market or broker network to the specific client requirements.
  • Sales Execution:

    Conduct professional site visits, client presentations, and expert negotiation.
  • Compliance:

    Manage sales contracts and provide necessary information on

    Real Estate regulations (RERA, Diversion)

    to facilitate secure transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-2 years of proven success in Real Estate Sales or high-value closing roles.
  • Skills:

    Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the local Indore real estate market and property legalities.
  • Education (Preferred):

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
