Job Description

Tele-caller (Females Only) Loans ( Openings- 06 ) Experience: 6 months to 1 year Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate loan details. Maintain customer records and follow up on leads. Assist customers with documentation and eligibility criteria. Requirements: Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred. Sales Manager (Males Only) Loans (Openings- 04 ) Experience: 1 to 2 years Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners. Monitor sales performance and provide training to improve results. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Proven experience in loan sales or banking. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
