Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Freshers to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right client programs. This is a high-impact role ideal for fresh graduates who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about sales and education. Key Responsibilities Connect with leads (inbound/outbound) and guide them through the client offerings. Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned targets. Build strong relationships with prospective learners to ensure long-term engagement. Provide detailed product information and address queries promptly and professionally. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (graduates from all streams are welcome). Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
