Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Adirekha Ayurveda Pvt Ltd., a renowned organization specializing in Ayurvedic healthcare, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base through effective business development strategies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the company's customer base and market presence will be a key aspect of your role. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements is essential, along with tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to prepare regular reports and presentations for management to provide updates on business development activities and outcomes. Your role will also involve learning about our products and services and effectively presenting our comprehensive range of programs and offerings to prospects. Identifying potential upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and customer interactions are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, along with exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, and exceptional customer service skills are also required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
