Job Description

Role Overview: As a Female Business Development Associate at Meerut Abacus Academy, your primary responsibility will be to present the program to parents and persuade them to enroll their children. Your excellent English communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in effectively engaging with potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to parents about the program. - Explain the benefits of the program and confidently address any concerns raised by parents. - Establish trust and build rapport with potential customers (parents). - Follow up with interested leads and provide support throughout the enrollment process. - Assist in meeting the center's enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Academy. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions for future reference. Qualifications Required: - Must be a Female candidate. - Proficient in English (spoken) and Hindi with strong communication skills. - Possess a pleasant, confident, and presentable personality. - Prior experience in sales or presentations is advantageous but not mandatory. - Passionate about working in the field of education and child development. - Reside in Meerut or willing to work from the office located in Meerut.
