We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Business Development Associate to join our team at our Meerut office. The role involves presenting our program to parents and encouraging them to enrol their children. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are key. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to parents about our program. Explain program benefits and address parent concerns confidently. Build trust and rapport with potential customers (parents). Follow up with interested leads and support them through the enrolment process. Help meet center enrollment targets and contribute to overall growth. Maintain proper records of inquiries and conversions. Requirements Gender: Female Strong communication skills in English (spoken) & Hindi Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality Prior sales or presentation experience is a plus, but not mandatory Passionate about working in education and child development Residing in or willing to work from Meerut (office-based role) About Company: Meerut Abacus Academy is an Indian-based company founded in 2014 by Mrs. Kamini Mukherjee to meet the challenging demands of today's young generation.
