Business Development Associate (female Only)

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Female Business Development Associate to join our team at our Meerut office. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting our program to parents and encouraging them to enrol their children. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to parents about our program. - Explain the benefits of the program and address any concerns that parents may have with confidence. - Build trust and rapport with potential customers, specifically parents. - Follow up with interested leads and provide support throughout the enrolment process. - Assist in meeting center enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions. Requirements: - Gender: Female - Strong communication skills in English (spoken) and Hindi. - Possess a pleasant, confident, and presentable personality. - Previous sales or presentation experience is a plus, though not mandatory. - Passionate about working in the field of education and child development. - Reside in Meerut or willing to work from our office in Meerut.
