Business Development Assistant

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include assisting Business Development Executives in various Sales & Marketing tasks. You will be managing inquiries from multiple platforms like Website, India Mart, Trade India, Telephonic, and social media, while keeping track of received inquiries and their follow-up status. Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English for communication over email and phone is essential. A basic knowledge of beauty & personal care product manufacturing is required. Additionally, you will be conducting internet research for product and market insights, compiling reports as per instructions from the Department Head. Assisting in the preparation of product and packaging samples, tracking sample distribution, and updating recipients about courier details will also be part of your role. Collaboration with the operations team to ensure timely processing of client orders and maintenance of documents and excel sheets as per instructions are key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate/Masters degree in marketing, sales, pharmacy, or cosmetics. Candidates from other streams with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging is necessary, along with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, strong communication skills (email and phone), and the ability to follow-up and complete tasks on time are essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, and a yearly bonus is provided.
