Job Description

As a Business Development and Analysis at Priority1 Group, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base through various outreach activities including cold calling, email marketing, and lead-generation strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Acquisition:** Identify and engage potential clients through targeted cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and other outreach activities. - **Lead Generation:** Research and generate a pipeline of quality leads from various industries, focusing on bookkeeping and digital marketing services. - **Cold Calling:** Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce services, and schedule follow-up meetings or presentations. - **Email Marketing:** Craft compelling email campaigns to reach and engage prospects, ensuring a high open and response rate. - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. - **Sales Reporting:** Track and report on outreach activities, lead conversions, and sales progress to management. - **Market Insights:** Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities. - **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with marketing and service teams to align sales strategies with company goals and deliver excellent client experiences. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, or business development (experience in bookkeeping or digital marketing services is a plus). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach. - Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and MS Office Suite. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. - Familiarity with Australian markets or businesses is an advantage.
