Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth. This is a performance-based role offering high earning potential through incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
