Our platform makes automotive care more convenient and efficient while focusing on innovation, customer satisfaction, and strong community engagement.EligibilityInternship TypeOpen PositionsDurationLocationRole & Responsibilities• Conduct on-call operations for onboarding vendors/service providers to the platform• Build and maintain relationships with vendors through effective telephonic communication• Explain company offerings, resolve vendor queries, and ensure smooth onboarding• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding progress in Google Sheets/CRM tools• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding documentation and verification• Provide regular updates to the founder/HR team regarding onboarding targets and progressRequirements• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)• Comfortable in handling on-call conversations with vendors/service providers• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)• Ability to work independently with strong follow-up and persuasion skills• Interest in business development, operations, and client/vendor relations• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic startup environmentBenefits• Hands-on exposure to business development and vendor management• Experience in real-world client onboarding and operations management• Flexible work-from-home opportunity• Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation• Opportunity for PPO based on performanceApplication DeadlineApply by 21 September, 2025hr@keplix.co.in
