We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition

  : Identify and approach potential clients (local businesses, brands, retailers, educational institutions, business firms etc.) for advertising and branding services.

• Lead Generation

  : Research, generate, and follow up on leads via cold calls, emails, field visits, and networking.

• Sales Pitching

  : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the client's business needs.

• Relationship Management

  : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction.

• Marketing Campaigns

  : Coordinate with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver effective marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Market Analysis

  : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local business developments.

• Targets & Reporting

  : Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in advertising/media).
• Excellent communication (English & Tamil), presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools (email marketing, social media insights, etc.).
• Strong networking skills and a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary Range: ?15,000 ?25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives. Petrol allowance and two wheeler will be provided. Travel allowance also will be provided.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:45 AM 6:30 PM

Travel: Local travel to meet clients (2-wheeler preferred or else will be provided). Driving Licence is must.
