Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Understand the various services we provide in the climate tech sector and develop bold, provocative questions and alternatives
Review existing services and analyze how they can be enhanced with greater creativity and impact
Explore high-impact services and solutions from other industries and connect the dots to our sector
Apply creative thinking frameworks to design dramatically different business concepts
Think beyond core business operations and reimagine aspects such as: HR and recruitment processes, Office space and culture, Client interactions and handling, Internal meetings, and everyday practices
Collaborate with team members at all levels — from interns to the Director
Contribute with positivity, boldness, and original thinking in all discussions and projects
