As a Business Controller based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end business controlling activities. With over 8 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, your primary responsibility will involve budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance financial performance, improve gross margins, and optimize costs. Your key duties will include leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, evaluating pricing strategies, promotions, trade spends, and product profitability. Additionally, you will provide support for strategic planning, investments, and innovation business cases. Monitoring and managing discounts, schemes, and portfolio optimization will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure compliance with governance, internal controls, and corporate standards. You will drive finance projects and cross-functional initiatives, leveraging your expertise in FP&A, sales finance, SAP, Excel, and BI tools. Your strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and effective stakeholder management capabilities will be essential.
