Job overview: As our Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics, you will be responsible for leading analytical initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. This role is team management-focused while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Location: Gurgaon Key responsibilities:

Lead and drive data-driven strategies, providing actionable insights to business and product teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, and engineering) to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to analyze large datasets efficiently.
Design and build interactive Tableau dashboards for data visualization and performance tracking.
Mentor and manage a team of analysts while independently handling high-impact projects.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & skills required:

7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Proven experience in managing or mentoring teams while contributing as an IC.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and storytelling skills ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
Experience in the gaming industry or consumer tech is a plus but not mandatory.
