Job Description


Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-potential Business Analyst or Product Manager to support and eventually lead strategic business development initiatives. This role combines market research, client engagement, solution development, and internal cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a hunger to drive impact through ownership and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessments to support strategic growth.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for client meetings and new initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new product deployments or geographic expansions.

- Track business development activities, maintain dashboards, and generate regular reports on performance.

- Support internal process optimization to enhance execution speed and efficiency.

Growth Path (2-3 Year Outlook):

- Take ownership of revenue targets and manage end-to-end client relationships.

- Independently handle negotiations, pricing decisions, and commercial structuring with clients.

- Coordinate across legal, finance, supply chain, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.

- Help expand Yabx's footprint in new geographies and across diversified fintech product offerings.

- Lead market development activities, including strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or business development, preferably in fintech, consulting, or digital domains.

- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business research tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.

- Highly collaborative with an ability to work across functions and cultures.

- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive outcomes independently

- Arabic-speaking skills would be considered a plus, especially for roles involving Middle East or North African markets
